Yarrow (Achillea sp.)

Yarrow flowers look like tiny, flat landing pads made of hundreds of little stars! This makes them the perfect place for bugs to walk around and take a break. While some bees have to dive deep into flowers for food, yarrow keeps its sweet nectar right on top, making it easy for little flies and tiny bees to grab a snack.

These tough flowers stay bright for a long time, giving hungry garden friends food from spring all the way through fall!
