AYAMI BIOGRAPHY:
I was born and raised in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan and moved to Albuquerque 2 years ago. I started working at a traditional Japanese restaurant from 2016 to 2019 in Sapporo. During those three years, I both made Japanese hot pot, sushi rolls, sushi nigiri, miso soup, and various other traditional items. I am very excited to share my experiences through a workshop at the Santa Fe Children’s Museum!
