Wee Wednesday
August 19 @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Wee Wednesday is a weekly program designed for children (ages 0-5) and their caregivers to explore and play together.
With themes that change week-to-week, each session is inspired by the seasons, the spirit of Santa Fe, cultural celebrations, and engaging guest presenters. Every program is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and joy through play-based learning.
Wee Wednesday will:
~Strengthen executive function skills like problem-solving, focus, and flexible thinking
~Build self-awareness and confidence through playful social interactions
~Explore color, shape, weight, and texture using their senses and fine motor skills
Each session includes 2–3 hands-on, theme-based activities that invite children to explore, create, and connect. Join us in our Backyard Learning Lab for a fresh and fun-filled experience for you and your toddler!
+ Enjoy a Reading Corner!
TODAY:
As the embers rise, so does hope!
Gather for a special reading by Author Jamie Aranda of Zozo’s Adventure and the Flame of Hope. Journey with Zozo through the historic streets of Santa Fe as he discovers courage, light, and resilience.
This enchanting tale sets the stage for the 102nd Burning of Zozobra, aka “Old Man Gloom”, reminding us that the truest flame is found when we come together as a community!
